My Story


After battling with my hormones (painful and heavy periods, acne, low self-esteem and difficulties losing weight) for most of my teen and young adult life; feeling disregarded and continuously misunderstood by GPs - and then being diagnosed with PCOS in 2019 - I reached a point of desperation. I was unhappy, not feeling myself, and I was at an all time low when it came to confidence levels, self-worth and my general outlook on life.

In 2020, I trained as a Holistic Health Coach to discover the answers for myself. I set out on a mission to heal my body and reverse my hormonal symptoms naturally - in a sustainable way - without the pill, steroid creams or harmful antibiotics that only masked my symptoms instead of helping me address the actual root causes.

Given everything that I had gone through myself growing up, I felt very passionate about sharing my own experiences and the knowledge I had learnt during my studies across 4 core modules - How the Body Works, Nutrition and Health, Fitness and Exercise, and Coaching Skills - to really help people. Women who feel like they have no choice but to grit and bear painful and debilitating symptoms every month because it’s “just part of being a woman”, at the expense of their own happiness and well-being.

Going out on my own to discover the answers for myself, and subsequently regaining control of my health and becoming an expert in my own mind and body has been one of the most liberating, powerful and fulfilling experiences of my life. It has transformed my entire outlook and approach to healthcare, my confidence, my relationships, and has given me the opportunity to build a more trustworthy, compassionate, conscious and respectful relationship with my body. It has shown me what real self-care is.
